Assistant Buyer Fashion Lab

You’ll become a leading figure in one of the most exciting and fast-moving buying departments in the world. Working through the buying cycle across all channels, you’ll support our Buyer with product selection and orders, highlight new brands and manage exclusive in-store pop-ups. You’ll monitor and chase deliveries for online-managed concession stock and resolve trouble shipments by monitoring patterns of performance. You’ll assist the Buyer with communicating product, brand and trend information on the season ahead to internal teams such as the store retail team, airport retail team, Visual Merchandising, Online Trading, Marketing, PR and Social media to ensure new launches, exclusive products and key trends.

About you

Analytical, numerate, and aware of the luxury sector, you have already proved yourself as an Assistant Buyer. You understand ecommerce and omnichannel retail. With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be building strong internal and external relationships. We need you to demonstrate you have a strong commercial and business acumen, able to help with product selection and quantifying orders. You’ll be able to keep track of sales performance by creating and presenting reports.
