Assistant Manager - Harrods Gift Shop

We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join the Harrods Shop on the second floor.

At Harrods we want people who have experience in developing their team. If you have great communication skills and love to spend time encouraging and leading your staff in their development, then this could be the role for you.

Ideally you will thrive in a fast-paced area, effortlessly guiding your team to keep the shop floor immaculate whilst coaching them to provide exceptional customer service. When set-backs appear, you’ll stay positive, suggesting and implementing swift solutions. Meanwhile, you’ll keep a close eye on our competitors and constantly assess how we can improve our processes.

To be successful you will be a masterful motivator, adapting your style to suit each team member. You’ll be able to provide examples of times you’ve set exacting but achievable goals and provided clear and encouraging feedback.

Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional sales and service, you will display excellent leadership skills, identifying and nurturing talent to encourage career development and employee satisfaction.

Our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team will support your development with a variety of courses and training.
