About You

You are technical, analytical and commercially minded, always looking for ways to innovate the automated communications across channels.  You will be  a true collaborator and will work with a number of internal stakeholders and third-parties to effectively manage briefs, execute and measure campaigns and ensuring all communication delivers to the most effective omni-channel commercial gain.

You will be comfortable with managing a team, driving them to reach their full potential.

What to Expect

  • On a day to day, you will be developing personalised, scalable, automated marketing campaigns using IBM Watson, leveraging email, direct mail, SMS, push notifications, programmatic display and social media
  • Managing end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, coordinating, set-up, testing, broadcasting, reporting and optimisation.
  • Using dynamic content & agreed segmentation strategies to deliver relevant and personalised content to drive customer engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive email marketing test plan, launch tests, analyse and report test results and implement successes.
  • Managing a test and learn program that ensures emails are consistently optimised, by testing subject lines, content and design to improve engagement.
  • Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
