Beauty Concierge

Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market through our H Beauty standalone stores across the UK.

Joining the H Beauty team as a Beauty Concierge, you will be a commercially minded individual with the ability to create events and outreach opportunities within Bristol. The role of a Beauty Concierge centre’s around a passion for world class service, helping clients in their search for the ‘right’ product for them. This may be exceptional scents they might never of smelled before or introducing them to a new dream skincare routine or must have make up product that suits their needs and is ultimately the right product for them.

H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with a champagne bar, blow dry bar, interactive play tables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

About the role

As a Beauty concierge you will be knowledgeable on all things Beauty, you will be equipped to offer impartial advice to customers across all three categories (Skincare, Makeup and Fragrance).

· You will work closely with the store management team and H Beauty Regional Manager generate and implement innovative ideas to drive sales for the Bristol store.

· You will support the store team to build a local client network in the Bristol and surrounding areas. You will do this through clientelling current customers and also reviewing sales and Rewards cards data to identify customers to attend exclusive in store shopping events.

· Being outgoing should come naturally to you as you will be the point of contact for brands to organise in store events such as pop ups and exclusive launches.

· As part of your role you will reach out to and liaise with local influencers who are aligned to our brand to create working partnerships.

· You will support and lead our local events and work with local stakeholders to have a full and successful event calendar.

· Being a self-starter is a must, you will be organised and have the ability to engage and teach your colleagues about the new must have products.

· Present yourself to the highest standards. Ensure behaviour and personal grooming is in line with the Company’s dress for your day code and your attendance and time keeping is in line with the Company’s standards.

· Work as part of a team by demonstrating flexibility with regard to hours and days of work.

· Must be flexible to work five days out of 7.
