As such, candidates must be open to working across any brand within the Womenswear or Menswear portfolio, based on business needs and best fit. 

Your product awareness and passion to nurture the brand, while maintaining a high level of brand representation, will drive you in seeing the brand succeed. You will do this by, having great product knowledge, maintaining standards in front and back of house, working closely with internal and external stakeholders and sending weekly trade reports. 

About the Role 

As a Brand Manager, you will be the face of the brand you represent, offering an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. You’ll be responsible for driving sales and nurturing client relationships, while also managing training, visual merchandising, and brand engagement. 

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and brand partners, ensure stock is optimised, and contribute to a high-performing and inspiring shop floor environment. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Acting as a brand ambassador to drive awareness, sales, and client retention. 
  • Organising product training and client outreach activities. 
  • Maintaining strong stock control and accurate reporting to maximise trade. 
  • Managing visual merchandising standards aligned with both brand and Harrods expectations. 
  • Working closely with Harrods Assisted Shopping and client engagement teams. 

This is a full time position, 37.5 hours a week, working any 5 days spread across the 7 on a rota basis. 

About You 

With great experience as a Sales Associate or Brand Specialist, you will be looking for your next step into the Brand Manager role. As a Brand Manager in Fashion for Womenswear or Menswear, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our brand identity and driving our message to the Harrods customer. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and passionate professional to join our team and lead the way in making our brand even more iconic. If you have a genuine love for fashion, a keen eye for trends, as well as a talent for crafting compelling narratives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. 

  • Looking to progress your retail career 
  • Previous experience in senior sales or brand specialist and building client relationships. 
  • A genuine interest and passion for fashion and Harrods. 
  • Self-motivated to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge. 
  • An out of the box thinking mentality, to surprise and delight customers with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. 
  • A strong ability to drive a brands performance 
  • Great organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly, including trade reports, reporting to stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable delivering on brand targets and expectations
