We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to support project delivery and oversee the end-to-end campaign management process within our marketing team.
About the Role
Reporting into the Group Marketing Campaign Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of all Harrods’ campaign marketing outputs, forming a critical part of delivering the brand vision. Working closely with the Marketing Planning Manager to seize opportunities and execute successful campaigns.
The role of the Marketing Campaign Manager is to set and monitor process, execution and delivery of all marketing and partnerships activities. The Marketing Campaign Manager requires the ability to build strong relationships across both internal and external stakeholders – managing relationships, expectations and ensuring delivery in all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely and collaboratively with the Project Delivery Team and wider Brand Experience Division to deliver integrated marketing projects and campaigns.
- Ensures that all projects they look after oversee the Marketing Brief Pipeline and makes sure all planned projects are reflected and that all key timings and deadlines are mapped out and communicated with all relevant parties to ensure a successful process and delivery.
- Responsible for reviewing all briefs created by the Omnichannel Campaign Strategy Manager and / or the divisional leads ahead of sharing with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director, to ensure that all information needed is included, KPI’s are set and that deadlines are clear.
- Ownership of BED Campaign Planning Meetings and responsible for making sure that all teams are aligned on brief objectives, priorities, RTB and delivery timings.
- Management of the relationship with external agency partners, both media and creative.
- Review media plans and proposals with the Group Marketing Campaign Manager to ensure that they respond to the Marketing brief.
- Develop and cultivate stakeholder relationships, managing expectations and mitigating project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to adapt, able to change focus quickly and work on multiple projects at one time. Excellent time-management and organisation skills.
- Annual Budget Management and cost tracking. Making sure that all trackers are up to date, and that the teams are raising PO’s and recording the information.
- Genuinely passionate about attracting, nurturing and developing colleagues and effectively leading through change
- Focus on creating an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel engaged and set up to do their best work with a focus on celebrating success and addressing challenges
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
Please see our Hybrid@Harrods policy on our Career Site for more information or speak to a member of our Talent Acquisition team if you have any questions regarding the requirements for this role
About You

Comfortable working to tight deadlines and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, you combine strategic thinking with attention to detail. You’re also a supportive team player with leadership experience, committed to guiding and developing junior colleagues while delivering high-quality campaigns.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrable experience in campaign and project management within a marketing team or agency
- Strong understanding of communication tools, techniques, and omnichannel campaign delivery
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creative and media agencies
- Resilience and adaptability when working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Clear and confident communication skills—both written and verbal—with a range of stakeholders
