It’s the aspiration for Harrods Private Shopping Services to be the ultimate luxury shopping and lifestyle destination for our Private Shopping clients. The Client Engagement Marketing Manager supports this vision through their knowledge and understanding of the luxury marketing landscape, and their in-depth knowledge of our clients.
The role is responsible for defining and delivering growth of the Private Shopping brand – creating an engagement strategy for Private Shopping, considering a true omnichannel approach. Through this, the Client Engagement Marketing Manager contributes to the success of Private Shopping at Harrods by enhancing our client engagement and reinforcing brand loyalty.
About the Role
Working closely with the Private Shopping Team and the broader Brand Experience Division (Marketing, Partnerships, Creative Operations, Visual Merchandising, Events), the Client Engagement Marketing Manager will work primarily on campaigns targeting our Private Shopping Clients.
In addition to this you will also be responsible for:
- Building a multi-channel contact strategy to create personalised customer journeys across Harrods platforms – working with the Brand Experience Division, utilising specialist knowledge across the support function network to deliver best in class for our clients.
- The annual Private Shopping Marketing & Engagement calendar. Ensuring alignment with the Harrods Marketing calendar, and leveraging opportunities.
- Working with Creative Delivery teams to produce all communications, including content and assets, for both our existing VICs and for engagement and acquisition of new clients.
- Monitor campaigns and journeys to ensure a continued optimisation – pivoting and adapting where required.
- Measure the impact of marketing activities against client engagement and measurable impacts within Private Shopping
- Identify key opportunities with brand partners and the Brand Partnership team to bring unique propositions to Private Shopping
About You
This role comes at an exciting time as we invest in our Private Shopping business within Harrods. With a strategic mindset and luxury marketing expertise, the role represents growth opportunity, helping to grow the Harrods Private Shopping Business.
For this role you will have the following:
- Experience in building a multi-channel contact strategy and an understanding of the luxury marketing landscape
- Ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of VICs, trends and influences in the global luxury industry to shape each activity
- Strong eye for attention to details and a creative thinker who can create stories and enticing content
- Deep understanding of the luxury client lifestyle, along with international cultural awareness
- Exceptional communication, taste and design skills to be able to ensure elegance in all that you do
- A natural collaborator, you enjoy team working and achieving together with your peer group
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
