Our Finance team are now hiring a Concession Finance Administrator to join them here at our Harrods headquarters in Hammersmith. Reporting into the Concession Finance Manager, this role joins a team of two. 
 
About the Role 


In this role you will have the responsibility of being the main point of contact for our Concession Partners, replying promptly to any queries via phone or email. You will coordinate with the Concession Partners as well as internal teams to ensure we have up to date terms agreed and this information is inputted correctly into the system.


You will also -

  • Engage with colleagues around the business regarding changes to any Harrods’ concessionaires ensuring that accurate set up / amendments are completed for each partner. 
  • Be responsible for maintaining the concession database and associated documents with all relevant terms and details pertaining to the concession contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, counterparts in concession partners’ finance teams to support the overall business relationships and ensure effective communication on all aspects of the Harrods concession processes. 
  • Proactively consider the concession processes to identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of the operation and support the Concession Finance Manager with the development and implementation of these changes.
  • Support with the preparation of the concession self-billing invoices, including all relevant back up documents, to a very strict deadline on a monthly basis to ensure Harrods’ concession partners are paid accurately and facilitate the management of concession minimum margin guarantees. 
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new Concession partners including communication of Finance requirements during meetings with brand and support through go-live and beyond. 
  • Provide accurate information to external auditors during interim, final and ad-hoc audits throughout the year. 

About You 
 

You will have strong administrative and organisational skills and the ability to switch between tasks when needed. You will be able to prioritize and time manage efficiently, ensuring all administration is completed in line with key dates across the financial year.

You will also have -

  • Be able to communicate clearly across all levels of the business
  • Have strong PC Literacy (Excel and Outlook). SAP experience is desirable.
  • Have an excellent attention to detail and strong relationship building skills.
  • Have natural tenacity, able to work autonomously as well as within a team.
  • Have an interest in finance and numbers
  • Have prior experience in a similar finance administrative role
