Harrods is looking for an Assistant Concession Manager to support the Concession Manager in overseeing the onboarding, operations, and efficient day‑to‑day management of online concession brands on Harrods.com. The role also involves leading Online Concession Coordinators, optimising production processes, and working closely with trading, buying, and merchandising teams to drive strong online operational performance.

The Role

The Assistant Concession Manager role will support the Concession Manager in managing the on-boarding & operational management of Harrods’ Concession brands on Harrods.com. Another key focus and responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee the day-to-day tasks of the Online Concession Coordinators and ensure they are working in the most efficient way, minimising time to site as much as possible. Managing the e2e production process and ensuring ways of working are as efficient as possible will be a key task for this role. The Assistant Concession Manager will work closely with the Online Assistant Trade Managers and Trading Teams and the Buying & Merchandising functions to optimise the online operational trading of existing Concession brands and processes.
 

About You

You are an efficient and highly organised professional with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commercial awareness. Proactive, flexible, and composed under pressure, you thrive in fast‑paced environments and demonstrate resilience while managing multiple competing priorities with confidence.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in an Online Administrator or similar e‑commerce role
  • Proven people‑management skills, with experience leading a team of 2+ preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Customer‑focused with a strong interest in retail, brands, and industry trends
  • Skilled in stakeholder communication, with an analytical mindset and the ability to prioritise workload effectively in high‑pressure environments
