In this trusted role as Concessions HR Advisor you will be partnered to a group of Concession partners, and you will be expected to provide advice on the end-to-end life cycle of a concession worker, but primarily on the execution of business processes in Workday.  You will be supporting Concession and Brand managers with general HR queries and you will upskilling them in day-to-day HR processes and tasks. You will be our Concessions advisory service, being pro-active, solutions focused and driving continuous improvement

About you  

You will ensure there is an effective communication channel in place for all Concession partners and colleagues, whilst taking responsibility and act as a champion for the completion of mandatory learning, including attendance at our Welcome event, along with all compliance focused learning.

You will be able to manage your case load of HR service and processes queries for a designated group of Concessions, ensuring they are owned and actioned timely, accurately and with customer needs forefront.  You will have the desire and ambition to develop yourself as a HR professional, becoming a super user in Workday and having detailed knowledge of HR legislation. You will be a champion of our Customer First strategy, with a full understanding of customer segmentation and how to deliver what is truly important to each customer of the service.   

More specifically you will have:  

  • Ability to coach, empower and upskill managers.
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies and the Concession worker life cycle.
  • Workday super user, expert in the execution of business processes.
  • Ability to act as a credible partner to our Brands in complement to the wider HR team.
  • Solid communication skills, with the ability to coach, empower and upskill leaders.
  • High attention to detail and can process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard.   
  • Be process and system focused, with a passion for efficiency and simplification.  
  • Customer First mindset with a depth of thinking that gets to the heart of customer needs.
