Do you enjoy analysing customer interaction via data? We are looking for an ambitious CRM Executive to join our large CRM team.
About the Role
As a CRM Executive you will support the manager in managing a CRM Assistant, proactively and strategically working on all customer communications at Harrods. You will manage the end to end communications via data segmentation, delivered via email, SMS, social media and push notifications, and will deliver against both customer and business requirements in a fast-paced environment.
The CRM Executive will be integral in evaluating the performance of the campaigns through SAP Marketing Cloud (ESP), to identify trends and opportunities for future planning, with a focus on maximising customer engagement through relevance of messaging, reaching email KPIs and ideally be a blend of strategic, creative and analytical thinking.
Your daily activities will involve:
- Managing the campaign execution process by preparing the campaign targeted for the corresponding supplier
- Managing the daily work of the CRM Assistant
- Building audiences in IBM and supplying data to various teams when required
About You
We are looking for someone with previous CRM experience with a strong background in data segmentation.
You will have:
- Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud and analytics tools
- Campaign management experience
- Experience of email insights reporting and the use of Analytics tools
- Strong data segmentation experience
- The desire to manage others
