Are you customer centric?

We’re looking for an exceptional Marketing Communications Manager to join our CRM team.

You will be responsible for all direct marketing communications to the Harrods customer base, across all channels (email, DM, SMS media) .

You will be accountable for the overall customer contact strategy, the execution of all campaigns and the management of the communications budget.

An organised individual, you will produce a calendar of campaigns and promotions to be supported, and manage all timelines to ensure delivery on time and on budget.

Commercially astute and analytical, you will review and implement a suitable customer contact strategy to ensure ongoing engagement from our customers as well as produce a competitor review of retail and luxury competitors’ customer communications and keep up to date with innovation and opportunities.

You will also provide detailed post campaign analysis for every activity, in conjunction with the Customer Insight team, with a focus on qualitative and quantitative insights.

With strong communication skills, you will work with the Customer Insight team to identify the best targeting for each campaign as well as develop and maintain relationships with internal and external colleagues.
