You love customers! You take time to listen to customers carefully and attend to their needs and exceed their expectations. You’re a clear communicator and have an engaging personal manner. You go out of your way to create a memorable moment with customers you meet.

What to Expect
As a customer service host, you will be a true Harrods ambassador, always ensuring our brand values are reflected in every interaction we have. Welcoming every customer with a warm and personable greeting, you will seize every opportunity to support their journey and navigate them around Harrods.

Our team of hosts are supported and mentored by Assistant Managers and our Customer Service Manager! We understand that everyone is human and we care for each other as much as we care for our customers. We are like a family. We not only feel supported by our managers but supported by our colleagues.
