Harrods Interiors Marketing Executive

In the market for a career upgrade?

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing & Communications Executive to deliver strategic projects within Harrods Interiors. This is a 12 month, fixed term contract.

You will be responsible for delivering Harrods Interiors Marketing & PR strategy, ensuring the delivery of the Harrods Interiors social media, the on-going maintenance of the Harrods Interiors website and making certain that the high standards of the brand are met, both internally and externally,

Thanks to your confident communication skills, you’ll work with all Marketing Channels as well as internal stakeholders to deliver and devise a strong marketing strategy for Harrods Interiors.  Combining this with your in-depth knowledge of the market you’ll identify and enable the delivery of brand campaigns that result in increased sales.

Using your keen attention to detail you will conduct close analyses of our customers, evaluating their spending habits to gain a more in-depth knowledge of their requirements.  Meanwhile, you’ll keep an eagle eye on both CRM data and our competitors to gauge ways we can improve our service and report frequently on our customer performance and marketing opportunities. 

Working in partnership with PR, the Home Retail Team, By Appointment, Private Service Suite and other relevant departments, you’ll develop and implement exciting campaigns that raise the profile of Harrods Interiors.

Always forward-thinking, you’ll produce and maintain a detailed marketing calendar to ensure all your projects are planned to the last detail and fall within budget, revisiting and refining plans throughout the year. 

The successful candidate will have a high level of verbal and written communication, excellent attention to detail and knowledge of Wordpress, Google Analytics and InDesign.
