About You

To succeed in this role you’ll need a background in advising and partnering with the business on HR policies and procedures, you will have had a breadth of experience working across a breadth of projects and have developed good working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Demonstrable experience of exercising discretion is a must; given the exposure you’ll gain in this role and your position amongst the wider HR function to flag potential issues and inform other functions. You’ll be a self-starter, resilient and have excellent attention to detail to guide managers to best suited business solutions.

What to Expect

During this 12 month Fixed term contact you will have responsibility for providing business focused and best practice HR support to a designated area of the business. You will act as the key contact point for a breadth of HR matters taking ownership of all volume requirements from policy and procedure advice and support, to managing performance sickness and absence issues across your discipline. You’re role is to empower managers and aid them with your subject matter expertise. You will partner with our wider HR business partnering team, ER specialist team and Recruitment department to deliver excellence.
