About The Role
This role will be integral in contributing to the success of restaurants achieving its ambition of ‘Delivering Excellence’. Our goal is to drive improved results in customer metrics such as NPS, restaurant shops and overall feedback channels e.g., Open table and Trip Advisor. This can be achieved through technical and soft skill training to manage capability gaps, tackle our problem areas and nurture our top talent.
A key element of this role will be to develop and administer training programs across the Restaurants and Kitchens portfolio, assess training and development needs, help employees and teams develop skills and knowledge, create manuals and information packs, presents in-person, virtual and digital learning solutions. This role will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of the R&K onboarding process and continuously improving learning processes.
About You
You’ll have previous experience as a Learning Manager, ideally from a high volume business as well as a passion for hospitality. These are some of the qualities that you’ll bring with you:
- Ability to gather data and insights to diagnose learning needs, collect feedback, report on training completion, and continuously improve content.
- Have previous training design experience to build end-to-end learner journeys based on briefing, discovery, and diagnostic measures.
- Capacity to deliver trainings both face to face and virtually
- Able to work with our current processes whilst also looking at ways we can improve in conjunction with our Restaurants and Kitchen strategy
- Have the ability to take the lead on our apprenticeship and internships
- Stakeholder management
