We are looking for a Loyalty Assistant to join our Digital team here at Harrods. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the overall Harrods Rewards programme strategy and the future of loyalty at Harrods

About the Role

The Loyalty Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Harrods Rewards programme, ensuring smooth functioning of the programme across all customer touchpoints. The role will be managing the day-to-day running of the Rewards colleague incentive and colleague engagement programmes.

You will also;

·         Manage the distribution of Rewards leaflets and collateral across Harrods locations

·         Manage the day-to-day running of the Rewards colleague incentive and colleague
engagement programmes

·         Support the Senior Loyalty Manager in implementing the Rewards programme
strategy and roadmap, playing a key role in delivering key initiatives and programme
enhancements

·         Support in the tracking of budgets and the management of purchase orders related
to the Rewards programme

About You

The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked on Loyalty programmes and has a
passion for driving long-term customer relationships. The position requires someone who is
organised, with a high attention to detail

You will also have the following;

·         Strong attention to detail with regards to problem-solving, planning and monitoring
project work

·         Understanding of Loyalty best practice with experience/exposure to loyalty
programmes preferred

·         Excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task

·         Ability to perform duties effectively with minimum supervision and guidance
