Our Store Services team are now looking for an Operations Coordinator, on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract, to provide critical support to the managers and team members by managing administrative activities, handling schedules, and ensuring the smooth running of operational processes to support the division.

About the Role


 As the Operations Coordinator, you will support the leadership team of the Store Services Operation, responsible for the management of daily logistics and activities, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of all initiatives.


In this role you will be responsible for:
•    Administrative tasks including documentation, meeting coordination, writing reports and replying to correspondence.
•    Preparing and distributing regular reporting as needed, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
•    Scheduling and organising meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
•    Supporting the Senior Facilities Manager with the coordination and delivery of all reactive and planned activities.
•    Serving as a point of contact for designated tasks for the wider business, stakeholders, contractors and clients. 


A key part of your day will involve liaising with suppliers, managing contracts, and scheduling contractors. You'll work closely with stakeholders, managing systems, processes, and operational coordination, with around 50% of your time dedicated to stakeholder engagement.


This role works Monday to Friday, office hours, based in Knightsbridge. 


About You 


You are a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong IT knowledge and excellent communication skills. You have the ability to manage stakeholders, take initiative, and are comfortable making decisions and confidently navigating challenging situations. Your organisational skills allow you to multitask while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Business administration or facilities coordination experience preferred.  


You will also:
•    Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•    Have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
•    Have the ability to challenge and hold decision-making conversations, when needed.
•    Be a quick learner with a proactive approach.
