This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site role based at Harrods. Due to the nature of our business being a live operation, we require a consistent presence on site to support our teams and ensure our high standards are met.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Support Assistant Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across Store Services to manage and coordinate critical administrative functions. • Produce high-quality presentations, reports and operational documentation for the management team.
  • Manage store orders, maintain stock availability and monitor project timelines to ensure delivery against targets.
  • Provide structured administrative support, including meeting coordination, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
  • Plan staff allocation and keep the events diary accurate, logging service requests and overtime.
  • Oversee document control and maintain compliant filing systems.
  • Support Store Development handovers and contribute to project planning using timelines, schedules and milestones.

At Harrods, no two days are the same. This is a rare opportunity to work at the operational heart of our iconic store, where your role is varied, proactive and full of opportunities to learn and progress. You will be central to our operation, connecting with multiple areas of the business and contributing to projects that shape the customer experience.

Harrods offers a range of company-wide benefits including up to 33% Harrods staff discount, subsidised medical and dental cover, discounted gym membership and more.

About You

You will be results-driven, organised and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure. You are confident in making decisions, delivering outcomes and ensuring commitments are met.

You will:

  • Have a genuine drive to learn, develop and progress in the role.
  • Communicate clearly and assertively with colleagues, contractors and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Work independently with confidence while collaborating effectively with others.
  • Apply a methodical and disciplined approach to organisation and time management.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while focusing on wider objectives.
  • Take responsibility for tasks and deliver results on time.
  • Ideally have experience in project coordination or management.
