Whether you’re a recent school, college or university leaver, or you’re looking to restart your career in an exciting new field, at Harrods we firmly believe in offering exciting career opportunities.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll support the Senior Project Manager in the delivery of Restaurants & Kitchens projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the company objectives and timelines. You’ll collaborate in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations or obstacles.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. By collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll define project scope, requirements and deliverables, ensuring all organisational procedures are adhered to and objectives are met. You’ll facilitate communication and foster collaboration among the project team members, providing regular updates, status reports and documentation.

You’ll measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor its progress, identifying any variances, performing risk assessments and any required corrective actions and communicating accordingly to all stakeholders.

About You

You’ll be a valuable team player with a strong track record in a similar role, exposed to Project Management process and PMO governance, ideally from a high people volume business, whether this be in a hospitality or retail environment. You’re enthusiastic about planning and executing projects and have a good understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle delivery including post implementation reviews.  Ideally, you’ll have experience using Agile methodologies or possess an Agile, Scrum Master or ITIL Foundation qualification.

By bringing strong organizational and time-management skills, you’ll have the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, knowing who to engage with and when, ensuring that the project stays on track at all times. You’ll also have flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with a positive attitude. You’ll have good analytical skills and with excellent attention to detail. Having solid PC skills is a must, being particularly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
