About You

You will be an experienced SEO expert, ideally within a retail environment. You will have knowledge of all online marketing techniques and emerging technologies, as well as knowledge of Omniture/WebTrends, Google Analytics and Google Search Console (WMT).Ideally you would have a Bachelors degree in marketing, technology or relevant field of study. You will be confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels across the business, and will have excellent attention to detail.

What to Expect

• •             Plan, develop and implement our global SEO strategy

  •             Work towards organic search optimisation and ROI maximisation

  •             Regularly perform thorough keywords research including seasonality trends and gap analysis

  •             Identify and monitor against key KPIs

  •             Monitor redirects

  •             Regular reporting with true actionable insight working towards commercial success

  •             Knowledge sharing and channel education for the business

  •             Identify on-site trends and buying behaviours

  •             Present research conducted for wider business decision making

  •             Manage the day to day relationship with the SEO agency

  •             Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

  •             Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimisation

  •             Collaborate with web developers, trading, merchandising and marketing team

  •             Work in tandem with the Paid Search team for effective share of voice across Search Engines in a cost effective manner

  •             Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, platform updates and best practices

  •             Support the team in achieving business goals
