About the role

The SEO Specialist will help carry out initiatives outlined in the SEO roadmap as well as supporting the day with day to day duties. This is a key support role working closely with the Search team to :

  • Support in executing the SEO strategy across internal and external teams
  • Work with internal teams to clearly understand the key company focus and goals to feed into SEO strategy and optimisations
  • Day to day optimisation including a focus on our category and sub-category pages to improve organic visibility
  • Keyword tracking and reporting
  • Metadata updates
  • Search console analysis
  • Competitor analysis
  • Keyword research
  • Content optimisation
  • Work closely with IT to implement required changes
  • Monitor campaign results, identifying potential issues and resolutions

This is a Fixed Term contract until the 31st of March 2020.

About you

You'll have demonstrable experience using SEO with working knowledge of SEO fundamentals ad practices. You'll be accustomed to SEO platforms as well as having knowledge of Google Search Console. You'll have a positive attitude, keen to help and learn and an ability to work to tight deadlines and priorities conflicting workloads. You'll need experience working amongst a wider marketing to deliver both tactical and strategic marketing agendas.
