Technical Admin Assistant

Our Food Safety & Technical team support our growing array of restaurants and our magnificent Food Halls in our continued ambition to be one of the world’s leading food destinations. We’re looking for a Technical Assistant to support this fun, dynamic and talented team.

About The Role

As a Technical Assistant you’ll support the Food Safety & Technical team in the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of product quality, safety and legality in order to deliver the Food Safety and Technical strategy. 

You’ll be supporting the team with general administration and coordination of activity. You’ll also be responsible for the document management of QADEX, which will include onboarding of new suppliers and information review in line with brand standards. Doing iPad housekeeping, working with external suppliers, reviewing all menus, ensuring ingredients and allergen listings are up to date will also play a heavy part in your general responsibilities. You’ll also play a big part in collating data and producing reports to analyse the departments performance.

About You

This is a great opportunity for a graduate of a food based degree such as Food Safety, Technical or Nutrition Degree who is eager to succeed. We are looking for a candidate who will hit the ground running. These are some of the qualities that you’ll bring with you:

• A good food understanding 
• IT literate – Strong Excel skills particularly.
• Good attention to detail, great attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Good communication skills, as this is a supplier/stakeholder facing role.
• Presentation skills to deliver information in a succinct way
