Transaction Services Manager

The Transaction Services Manager will ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional service to the retail team and customers, that achieves business goals within Transaction Services. They will lead the Transaction Services Team and report to the General Manager of Transaction Services.

About the Role

The Transaction Services Manager works cross functionally with other department leaders to provide guidance, influence and support to transactions and issues. This role will work in close alignment with security functions and the anti-money laundering management to ensure adherence to legal governance.

It involves managing a team of assistant managers, translating the business short, medium and long strategy into deliverable objectives. This role will proactively drive and implement the continued growth and development of the service delivered to colleagues and customers.

About You

As a people first leader, you will easily engage with your own team and set objectives to guide strategy, and motivate others to deliver on quality measures and KPI’s to deliver an exceptional customer journey.

You will also:

• Complete AML training and qualification to advance risk management skills and make accountable business decisions
• Have a demonstrated background managing a team of managers
• Have the ability to forge trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrate a knowledge of financial safety and anti-money laundering governance
• Be an expert decision maker, confident to assess risk and protect the business in line with financial safety and anti-money laundering governance
