12 Month FTC - Resourcing Administrator ( Store Approval)

We are looking for an organised and personable Administrator to join our award-winning Resourcing team for a 12 month FTC.

Providing general administrative support to the Store Approvals team, you will work hard to deliver a seamless, efficient and consistent service to candidates and stakeholders alike.

An expert communicator, you will be actively involved in the Store Approvals process which includes the processing of all requests, arranging assessment centres and interviews and assisting our candidates and stakeholders with general queries. With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that accurate employee systems records are kept via management of the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). 

In our peak periods (Summer and Christmas) we assess over 100 candidates a week, so it is essential that you can multi-task and work at a very fast pace. To be successful, you will have excelled in a similar administrative role, preferably in a Recruitment environment.
