The dedicated Affiliate team at Harrods.com manages relationships with an extensive suite of relevant high-end affiliate partners globally, to ensure we’re always front of mind for consumers in the luxury market. 

We are looking for an experienced marketer to join Harrods.com business as Affiliate Marketing Manager to support the Programmatic Marketing Manager in driving incremental growth for the business globally.

With a focus on driving quality traffic to the website through partnerships with high-end affiliates, you will work closely with the wider team to define the strategy to generate revenue across a number of customer segments, channels and territories.  Day-to-day you and your direct reports will proactively manage relationships with key affiliate publishers ensuring long term partnerships are fully optimised.  You will continuously monitor and analyse performance, at a brand, divisional and topline level. You will manage the affiliate budget and forecast delivery in terms of Return on Investment (ROI).

You will be responsible for making data-led decisions on budget capability and targets for the channel, agency and publishers.  You must be extremely analytical and commercially focused, always delving into the data to determine the best next steps for the account. 

You will be a strong manager with the ability to lay down clear objectives for the team and support in the individuals’ development within Harrods.com.

To be successful you will be an organised and determined individual with experience in Affiliate Marketing and preferably within a transactional retail environment or agency side.  An impeccable practical and strategic knowledge of online marketing techniques and emerging technologies across core digital marketing disciplines is essential as well as practical knowledge of Omniture and Google Analytics.
