As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help get the best out of a diverse and passionate team, providing a truly remarkable experience for every customer. Acting as a role model, people coach and product expert, you’ll drive sales and exceptional service. About you

You’ll play a pivotal role for Harrods. Your key focus will be to drive sales and service performance through your teams while taking care of their welfare and development.  Day to day, you’ll need to be passionate about customer satisfaction and improving the shop floor, as well as being full of ideas and energy. It’s essential that you can make a quick impact, so you’ll need experience in managing people.
