About you

 

You are an expert in customer service with a strong ability to have what sometimes could be difficult conversations. You will ideally have experience in working in the world of watches or customer service.

 

What to expect

 

As an Assistant Manager in our Fine Watches Aftercare Department, you will actively support the Sales Managers and other Assistant Manager and the wider team in delivering the Harrods customer service experience. Proactive and attentive, you will directly manage a team of up to 10 and take ownership of your area.
