Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market through our H Beauty standalone stores across the UK.
As a Brand Manager based at our H beauty Edinburgh store, you’ll act as a representative of our Brand partners, providing a truly remarkable experience for every customer. Acting as a role model, people coach and product expert, you’ll drive sales and business initiatives, ensuring all targets are achieved & exceeded, while maintaining a high level of pride in what you do.
About the role
Building relationships with our brand partners comes naturally to you. With your high energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for the industry you love to work collaboratively, acting as a key link between Harrods and your brands.
After attending all required brand training sessions, you will become a Training Ambassador for the store, sharing your newly found knowledge on upcoming product launches with your colleagues in sessions such as team briefs, one to one and virtual learning – utilising any brand tools and material available to you.
You'll look after a number of brands, and take ownership and responsibility for their performances, which you will drive both individually but also creating a strong and knowledgeable team of colleagues around you.
About you
Your excellent communication skills will allow you to build long-lasting client relationships, improving both sales and customer service with your knowledge and engaging personality.
You’ll play a pivotal role for H beauty as a Brand Manager so the below is what we are looking for:
We keep saying it and we do not apologise for it – you will be a Beauty obsessive. This is your thing, and you are genuinely excited about sharing products and your knowledge with colleagues and customers.
• A people person, you are driven and motivated by helping others and get pleasure from every sale. You deliver exceptional service because you know your customer is going to love your recommendations. You share best practice on clientelling with your colleagues to upskill the team as you know that working as one
team is at the heart of H Beauty.
• We are all about relationships – with customers, with colleagues, with brand partners. You will have the ability to communicate and connect with a diverse range of customers and team of colleagues and internal partners across the business with ease, be them our Stock or Buying & Merchandise team.
