Chef de Cuisine - Gordon Ramsay Burger

You will be working for Harrods, in this amazing opportunity to represent the Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Brand in this licensed partnership.

As the Chef de Cuisine - Gordon Ramsay Burger, you’ll be responsible for leading your area of the business and your team in a manner that will ensure that a professional and correct operation is carried out at all times. You’ll be responsible for the operation and organisation of the Kitchen by setting daily production levels and guidelines and delegating to the team.

You’ll be managing the planning and forecasting of stock levels and orders, always ensuring compliance to all internal systems including SAP, and Workday. You’ll be reviewing staff deployment regularly with Sous Chef to ensure that the department in resourced effectively. In this role, you’ll also guarantee that Food Safety standards are adhered to by enforcing the high standard of hygiene and sanitation in all food-related outlets.

About you.

You’ll have a strong track record of hospitality experience, preferably with a prestigious hotel or high-end restaurant. Having a great knowledge and passion for food and drink is essential. You’ll have great time-management skills and a strong customer focus when dealing with both internal and external parties. You’ll have exceptional interpersonal skills and a good attention to detail, which will be evident through paperwork completed, organisation of department and sufficient stock levels. Having good PC literacy is a must (Word, Excel and preferably SAP).
