The Client Development Manager is responsible for supporting the Private Shopping strategy for service, sales and client relationship management with a specific focus on how the Private Shopping team manage and develop their client portfolio, establishing relationships with key clients across the divisions portfolio while establishing & maintaining a deep understanding of clients lifestyle to drive achievement of targets.

About you

You are entrepreneurial and commercially minded, always seeking opportunities to build relationships, elevate the Divisions luxury lifestyle service reputation while driving the performance of the team. You are analytical and like to use insights to form meaningful strategies to grow the client portfolio and elevate the client experience. You will have a great deal of experience in luxury and understand trends in luxury lifestyle services across the world.

What to expect

This role is all about delivering an exceptional client service at Harrods. You will be actively seeking insight from our valued clients and the Personal Shopping team in order to create initiatives that will result in the enhancement of the client experience at Harrods. With your relationship building skills, you will be able to sell the vision of Personal Shopping to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with the operational side of the business and think of new and improved ways to provide a slicker service to clients. Responsible for sales initiatives, you’ll work on commercial opportunities that will in turn contribute to the Personal Shopping Strategy. With your analytical skills, you will make sense of complex business financials and use it to drive new business initiatives. Working closely with the rest of the Personal Shopping Division, you will identify opportunities to train and keep the team motivated in enhancing the client experience.
