The Client Experience Assistant is responsible for offering a seamless and unrivalled customer journey, achieved the moment our clients walk through our doors, through personalised attention, intuitive and anticipatory service and in-depth knowledge of the breadth of Harrods services.

Our Client Experience Team are both our hosts and our ambassadors, welcoming the most discerning clientele to our Private Shopping Suites. First impressions are lasting impressions; therefore, the role of Client Experience Assistant is fundamental to the experience curated for our clients.

About You

As Client Experience Assistant, your ability to thrive under pressure and work with efficiency and pace to successfully manage all customer expectations will be unmatched. Remaining calm and composed, you will deal with challenging situations confidently and in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary. You must be a fast learner, as you will need to quickly develop a full understanding of Private Shopping and be able to communicate this to a client when asked.

You will be a team-player, and will support the Harrods Concierge team within any requests. You will work as part of a team by sharing knowledge and demonstrating flexibility with regard to hours and days of work. Additionally, you will support Private Shopping outside trading hours when necessary, by attending functions and events to promote the By Appointment service. It is key that you have the ability to maintain strong relationship and work closely with Personal Shoppers and Private Client Managers.
