Our Client Experience Team are both our hosts and our ambassadors, welcoming the most discerning clientele to our Private Shopping suites. First impressions are lasting impressions; therefore the role of Client Experience Waiter is fundamental to the client experience curated.
About the role
Our Client Experience Waiter will assist the management team in running the Private Shopping Suite effectively by maintaining high service standards and exceeding customer expectations. You are responsible for offering a seamless and unrivalled customer journey, achieved the moment our clients walk through our doors, through personalised attention, intuitive and anticipatory service and in-depth product knowledge.
The Client Experience Waiter is an integral part of the Private Shopping team where you will be based in our iconic Penthouse. Below will be your day to day responsibilities:
- Greeting clients in a warm and friendly reception, remaining attentive throughout their visit, and providing clients with a prompt and efficient service.
- Make each client feel special and welcome by ensuring a strong customer focus and a desire to always go the extra mile to continually deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Having a full and comprehensive knowledge of our menu, allergens and alcohol list to enable you to answer guest queries quickly, knowledgeably and in a discreet manner in line with the highest standards.
- Organise and carry out all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the required standards.
About you
To excel in this role you'll have the following experiences and knowledge:
- Experience within food and beverage or within events.
- Ability to take food and beverage orders in a professional manner.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and work with efficiency and pace to successfully manage all customer expectations.
- You will be able to flex your skill set between bar tender and waiter.
