About you

Our Client Experience Team is both our hosts and our ambassadors, welcoming the most discerning clientele to our Private Shopping Suites. First impressions are lasting impressions; therefore the role of Client Experience Waiter is fundamental to the client experience curated.

Our Client Experience Waiter will assist the Management team in running the Private Shopping Homes effectively by maintaining high service standards and exceeding customer expectations. You are responsible for offering a seamless and unrivalled customer journey, achieved the moment our clients walk through our doors, through personalised attention, intuitive and anticipatory service and in-depth product knowledge.

For us it’s really important to have a genuine approach and make sure all enquiries are looked after and responded to.
