We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our CRM & Loyalty department here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and successful execution of a robust CRM publishing schedule that includes newsletters, brand media and marketing communications.

About The Role

As the CRM Manager you will lead and execute the BAU roadmap to optimise core newsletters that are personalised and relevant, lead on AB and control testing to prove incrementality whilst supporting customer marketing objectives

You will also;

  • Consult with key stakeholders across the business on projects that require CRM automation support
  • Identify  operational  efficiencies,  working  closely  with  our  IT teams and system providers
  • Effectively  respond  to  any  technical  issues  to  ensure  all communications programme are operating as expected
  • Set  team  and  retention  KPIs,  including  budget  and  forecast management
  • Manage Agency relationships, communicating Harrods needs to deliver on goals
  • Embed a test & learn culture within your team to drive continual enhancement    of    segmentation,    content,    and    channel strategies

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience owning or supporting with a strategy for a CRM Channel (Email, SMS, Push or Direct Mail) and operating with commercial insight and acumen in executing brand partnerships. It is important that you have a good understanding of ESPs and Google Analytics and can work well under pressure.

You will also have the following;

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in an everchanging fast paced environment
  • Good understanding the importance of reporting on KPIs across all channels
  • Previous experience of campaign execution and segmentation
  • Great attention to detail
  • Clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous team management experience
