We are looking for a Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our Culinary Administration team.

Meticulous and organised, you will provide cost of articles and recipes to the culinary team, refine the specification sheets and communicate with food halls and restaurants. You will support the team to maximise the use of resources in the most productive and efficient way, and drive results by monitoring culinary performance via the relevant reporting.

You will be assisting the chefs by creating and updating recipes on our system (SAP), as well as supporting them with the ordering and stocktakes. Additionally, you will work with the line manager to ensure full compliance with data management and integrity.

Prior knowledge of SAP is not essential as you will be a fast-learner with logical and excellent problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you will have prior experience in Kitchen Operations (or a good understanding of how they operate) and/or basic Food & Beverage control in a multi-site hospitality environment. You will have a genuine interest in inventory control and be comfortable working with data and numbers.
