The Client Experience Assistant plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and unparalleled client journey within the Harrods Rolex Boutique, one that begins the moment our clients arrive. Through personalised attention, intuitive and anticipatory service, and deep knowledge of our offering, you will help create an experience that reflects the very highest standards of luxury.

About the Role

As a Client Experience Assistant for Rolex, you will be the welcoming face of our Boutique, ensuring every client receives an exceptional and personalised experience. You’ll manage client arrivals, coordinate appointments, oversee hosting spaces, and deliver refined hospitality with discretion and attention to detail. With strong cultural awareness and a genuine commitment to outstanding service, you will help elevate every moment of the Rolex experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering an exceptional welcome by greeting clients warmly, discreetly managing credentials, and guiding them smoothly through the space.
  • Curating the client journey through appointment coordination, hosting room management, and maintaining luxury standards throughout the Boutique.
  • Providing refined hospitality by offering light beverages, overseeing refreshment quality and availability, and ensuring all services reflect the highest level of care.
  • Enhancing the overall client experience by sharing informed recommendations, handling walk‑ins with confidence, supporting special occasions and gifting, and coaching colleagues on etiquette and cultural awareness.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

As a Client Experience Assistant, you will bring a natural passion for exceptional service and the confidence to represent a world‑renowned luxury brand. You will communicate with warmth, build rapport with ease, and stay calm and composed in fast‑paced environments. With strong cultural awareness and an instinct for anticipating client needs, you will take initiative, think on your feet, and maintain impeccable standards at all times. Your experience in luxury or five‑star hospitality will enable you to create meaningful client moments while owning and managing the space with presence and professionalism.

You will also:

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering luxury‑level client service
  • Be friendly, approachable and have a customer oriented attitude by hold engaging, meaningful conversations with clients
  • Be able to work with multiple teams, and handle multiple requests, by ensuring organisation.
  • Be able to work under pressure, by handling inquiries and provide accurate information about services, facilities and events.
  • Bring experience from a minimum five‑star service environment
