Are you an analytical mastermind?

We are looking for a Customer Insight Analyst to support our CRM Customer Insight team in ensuring timely and accurate customer analysis and reporting.

With your keen eye for detail, you will gather expert customer behaviour analysis, allowing us to develop our understanding of customer spending, and ultimately use this to improve each customer's relationship with the company and increase revenues.

You will be responsible for uploading standard reports using SAS, analysing the information in these reports, and using it to identify business opportunities and risks. It is vital that you combine analytical prowess with both the imagination and pragmatism necessary to implement changes based on your findings.

You must have a good knowledge of SAS, Excel, and PowerPoint (SQLwould be a bonus but is not essential). The ideal candidate will have a background in Maths, Statistics, or IT, and experience in a BI or Customer Insight role.
