About You

  • You will have a deep understanding of customers, how they behave, how they shop and buy luxury goods.

  • Whilst being customer focused you’ll have the ability to deal with multiple data sets – both qualitative and quantitative to tell stories and drive actionable insights.

  • You will be a strong communicator, confident in working with multiple stakeholders and delivering your findings.

  • We want you to be the go to person for problem solving, a reliable source within the team, who is knowledgeable and approachable.

What to Expect

  • You’ll lead the development of processes to support and deliver to business queries and challenges

  • Deliver Insight that inspires, is actionable and drives results

  • Look for gaps in our Insight programme and constantly challenge the team to deliver market leading solutions

  • Work with different divisions to develop their understanding of customers

  • Use panoramic problem solving to support business challenges

  • Co-ordinate larger projects with external agencies/ internal resource

  • Support the communication of Customer Insight work to the rest of the business

  • Work closely with the Research team, the analysis team and the reporting team to deliver the best and most co-ordinated response to queries
