We’re looking for a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting, replenishment, and seasonal planning for our Beauty category on a 6-month fixed term contract.

About the Role

As Demand Planning Manager, you’ll take ownership of demand forecasting and replenishment, ensuring the right stock is available across all channels to meet customer demand. Acting as the subject matter expert, you’ll guide your team, work cross-functionally with supply chain, buying and merchandising, and play a pivotal role in delivering business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with warehouses and supply chain teams to optimise capacity and space allocation.
  • Acting as the business expert for forecasting systems, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You’ll combine technical system knowledge with the ability to collaborate and drive change, ensuring the Beauty category achieves its full potential.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in demand planning, replenishment or merchandise planning within retail or FMCG.
