Working within the Digital Analytics team, the purpose of this role is to deliver analysis and insight across the business to a wide range of stakeholders. This role is core to making the Analytics function at Harrods run smoothly. 


We are looking for a confident, hands on, self-starter who can hit the ground running, and will understand and shape our Marketing Analytics data, campaign planning and measurement and be well versed in the latest analytical techniques and their application to a commercial environment. 


Someone who can research and identify ways to build our brand and maximise the impact of our multi-channel marketing & advertising strategies. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently and we target our audience through successful campaigns.

About Us

  • Working on the Google Analytics platform to provide a wide range of data and analysis to the wider team. 
  • Producing digital dashboards in Google Datastudio pulling on data from Google Analytics/Google Adwords / Big query 
  • Collating data from multiple sources for use in reports, tactical packs and strategic insights. 
  • Provide pre and post analysis on current campaigns, informing the business on which aspects of campaigns are the most effective and which are not, and advising them on how to tweak campaigns to get maximum attention and create more impact. 
  • Supporting marketing analysis in regard to product KPIs, trading data through the use of customer journey analytics. 
  • Supporting ecommerce to deliver trading insights. 
  • When needed, act as an advocate of analytics implementation process importance, communicate challenges and look for solutions that will empower the rest of the team. 

About You

  • Experience using Google Analytics (essential)
  • Experience using Google Datastudio (essential)
  • Experience using Google Big Query (desired)
  • High proficiency in Excel (essential)
  • Knowledge of forecasting techniques – Seasonal/Run rates 
  • Experience of SQL and data warehousing (desired)
  • Clear communication skills across a variety of stakeholder levels 
  • A core understanding of recording digital data. 
  • Good understanding of marketing analytics – SEO/PPC/Affiliates etc
