About You

You will be experience with Analytics software ideally either Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. You’ll have a genuine passion for data, and will be expected to work with complex data in Excel and provide actionable insight. As you will be responding to business as usual reporting, as well as ad hoc reporting requests, you must be able to plan ahead proactively to make best use of time and manage conflicting priorities.

What to Expect

  • You may have seen we have just announced a big partnership with Farfetch which we are very excited about! Part of this role will involve the reporting on the development of this project.
  • Whilst you will be very data driven, you must be a strong communicator, able to explain your results to a range of audiences and alter your language accordingly
  • Your day to day will be working alongside the head of .Com trade but you will also be working with the insights team to ensure the .Com reports are voiced amongst the wider business reports. This candidate should be proactive in seeing how and what other Analysts are working on and seeing how their own work could help or be helped by joining insights together.
  • The role is key in providing support across the trade, content and creative teams with ad-hoc reports to enable data driven decision making.
  • You will be a key member of the team, working alongside the other analysts to build .Com’s skills and confidence with their data skills.
