As an Enterprise PMO Analyst, your main responsibility will be ensuring requisite governance and controls are in place across the portfolio of projects within the Harrods teams. You’ll guarantee that PMLC models are followed across a variety of small, medium, and large projects with varying levels of complexity.
You’ll work closely with Project Teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the project portfolio.

In this role, you’ll undertake a range of duties, which will include the provision of programmes and project management support. Furthermore, you will be championing the project management framework, aiding Project Managers and governance groups, as well as analysing and reporting project performance, and the overall management of the project Portfolio.


As EPMO analyst you’ll provide assurance, quality control, financial tracking, risk/issue tracking, change control and knowledge management, along with a suite of information to assist senior management in making informed decisions through Portfolio reporting and tracking.

About You 


You’ll be a valuable team player with a strong track record of PMO experience and a good understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle and stages. You’ll also have experience working in a Project Management Office, preferably in the Retail or Restaurant industry. You’ll have analytical mindset, able to interpret and analyse data to accurately report on project performance.


You’ll have great communication skills as you will be working collaboratively, building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders and the wider teams. Ideally, you’ll have the following qualifications:

  • University level qualification e.g. undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in a related field e.g. business, economics, computer science
  • A project management qualification
  • P30
  • Knowledge of RAID management activities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio & Power BI
