We need an experienced and imaginative Food Product Developer to join our talented team.

Keeping an eagle eye on the market, you’ll identify emerging trends and envision innovative and palate-pleasing products.

Working with the Buying team, it will be up to you to devise an appropriate Own Label Strategy for each category, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy.

You will need the pragmatic nature to gauge whether a concept is commercial, as well as the project management experience to meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple responsibilities.

With your proactive and hands-on approach, you’ll liaise with chefs and suppliers, coordinating tastings to ensure requirements are understood and the finished product meets our impeccable standards.

Using your exceptional communication skills, you’ll work with teams across the business, and build strong relationships with a wide variety of vendors. You’ll have the resilience and self-assurance to advise and persuade when necessary.

To be successful, you must have an impressive background in Food Product Development. You will have a true passion for food, combined with an unbeatable understanding of the luxury customer. Packaging design experience would be highly beneficial, but is not essential.
