About the Role

The Front of House Coordinator for Drybar is responsible for delivering exceptional results through outstanding experience and service for all customers. The role covers both customer facing and administration duties as well as taking bookings and enquires via telephone and email.

As the welcoming face of our vibrant Drybar, the Front of House Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the moment clients walk through the door. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, efficiently managing appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our talented styling team.

Your excellent organizational skills will assist you in coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, and maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area. A friendly and approachable demeaner is key, as you will be instrumental in creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our clients.  About You

You have a passion for hair, but also people, Harrods and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.

You are also someone who is:

• Able to perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling email correspondence.
• Able to assist with retail sales of salon products.
• Comfortable handling customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Competent in monitoring and addressing client feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Able to collaborate with stylists, technicians, and other team members to maintain a positive working environment.
• Confident assisting with hair washing.
