Gift Wrap Associate

Our Gift Wrapping team are now looking for a Gift Wrap Associate who can bring joy to every purchase by creating magical finishing touches, one ribbon at a time.

About the Role

As a Gift Wrap Associate at Harrods, you’ll be part of a dynamic, customer-facing team responsible for delivering a personalised, luxury gift wrapping experience. Based in our iconic Knightsbridge store, you’ll assist customers with wrapping selections, promote bespoke services, and ensure every gift leaves perfectly presented. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a flair for creativity and service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Guiding customers through available gift wrapping options and up-selling premium materials and services
• Wrapping products to the highest standards, including boxes, ribbons, and seasonal hampers
• Handling customer orders via phone and email with professionalism and attention to detail
• Delivering exceptional service aligned with Harrods Rewards offering, including complimentary wrapping for Black Tier customers
• Working collaboratively with the team to manage a busy service counter and maintain presentation standards

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

You will be outgoing, creative, and confident in delivering excellent service under pressure. Passionate about retail and presentation, you’ll have a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach. While prior gift wrapping or retail experience is a bonus, what matters most is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and your ability to make every customer interaction feel special.

You will need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A commercial mindset and interest in luxury retail
• A team-orientated attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
