About You

You will be an experienced marketer, with specific experience in the Fine Watches, Fine Jewellery sectors. You will have experience in developing and delivering customer strategy and annual plans including seasonal campaigns within an allocated budget. You will be comfortable understanding and analysing both the macro and micro environment for the Fine Watches, Fine Jewellery and Luxury Jewellery sector.

Driving Marcomms for a critical business category, you will be comfortable with media channels in this sector, and have strong relationships with relevant contacts.

What to Expect

You will be responsible for defining and delivering the customer strategy for the Fine Watches, Fine Jewellery, and luxury jewellery division.

You will work closely with the wider Brand Experience Division (BED), Category Merchants and Brands to achieve the appropriate KPI’s mapped out in the Customer Strategy. 

In addition, you will work with the data and insight provided by the Customer Insight Team, and use this to develop the marketing strategy mapped against our strategic priorities.  You will prioritise the key messages and the timing, to demonstrate our voice of authority in this field. 

You will be accountable for understanding and analysing both the macro and micro environment of the identified customer focuses. You will have expert knowledge in this sector and have the strength of connections within that network.

Please note, this is a 12 month FTC.
