About you

Attentive to detail, outcome focused and a passion for serving customers. We are looking for an exceptional Head Host/Hostess to join us at Harrods, located within our iconic Knightsbridge store.

As a part of our front of house team, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, creating first impressions and be at the forefront of the restaurant. You will have a team of 9 hosts reporting through to you. Your attention to detail and care for the customer will enable you to think of and create moments of delights for those that dine with us. The Head Host/Hostess will not only be a friendly face but a friendly voice by supporting the reservations team with managing an online booking service, phone bookings, enquires and group reservations.

Requirements:

• Be immaculately presented at all times
• Maintain professional composure at all times
• Experience in leading teams
• Have exceptional eye for detail
• Possess an excellent level of spoken and written English and hold strong communication skills
• Knowledge of using a booking system like OpenTable
