HR Operations Manager

About you

As the HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a global strategy supported by a scalable, efficient and appropriately flexible team.

You will bring an In-depth understanding of running a HR Operations Shared Service, with a strong customer service ethos.

This role requires you Skilled influencer at all levels, both internally and externally. Able to develop good collaborative relationships across the business. A self-starter, decisive and resilient, able to respond and adapt to a demanding and dynamic environment.

What to expect

This is a newly created role with in the Human Resources team to shape, build and deliver an operating model for our HR systems and HR Service Delivery team that will provide flexibility in how the HR service is delivered to the business.
