We are currently recruiting for a HR Service Advisor to join our HR Operations team, based in our Hammersmith location. As a HR Services Advisor you will be partnered to a business area, in alignment with the ER and HR Business Partner team.

About the Role

As HR Service Advisor You will be expected to provide advice on the end-to-end employee life cycle, including execution of business processes in Workday, general HR policy and legislative knowledge, and the upskilling of leaders in day-to-day HR processes and tasks.  You will be our Tier 2 advisory service, being pro-active, solutions focused and driving continuous improvement.

You will be measured by way of a balanced scorecard and you will be required to coach and develop the HR Assistants as required. You will also be required to rotate on team activity, which includes leading the daily huddles, producing team MI, conducting quality assurance and leading on project activity such as restructuring.

You will also:

  • Provide HR advisory support to a dedicated business area.
  • Manage a case load of HR service, process and policy queries for a designated business area, ensuring they are owned and actioned timely, accurately and with customer needs forefront.
  • Act as a champion for the operating model, supporting the development of Tier 0 interventions and the upskilling of roles at Tier, 1, then ensuring that escalations to Tier 3 are only as appropriate.
  • Build relationships with leaders at all levels in the business areas, ensuring they are fully supported in day-to-day HR processes and tasks.
  • Delivering upskilling sessions to new leaders, and refresher sessions to existing leaders.

About You

You will have the ability to coach, empower and upskill leaders through your excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills allowing you to be looked at as a source of guidance and trust. You will hold expert knowledge on employment legislation, HR policies and the employee lifecycle which will be demonstratable through past experience you have had within the field.

Working with a customer first mindset, your high attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard will all support a depth of thinking that gets to the heart of what the customer needs.
